Despite interfearance via hostile government and corporate management personnel, managed to rescue and rebuild a failed network-based workflow's scheduled server jobs, which solved several open, work-stoppage related, troulbe tickets. I had to advise another engineer, who acted as a proxy, because the IT chief would not authorize my access to the servers that I'd identified as the source of the problems. Repaired a seriously mis-managed, poorly designed and dysfunctional enterprise SharePoint installation. Advised staff DBAs and software engineers regarding maintenance updates needed to maintain SQL Server FCI, Server jobs, to help ensure 99.9% up-time for mission-critical data layers.

This system included the first ever forensic investigative Case Accessioning system workflow output documents, to be approved under U.S. law, as legitimate legal documentation, acceptable in courts of law, under CFR 21 part 11. The system translated complex biological protocols into high-integrity data pipelines, ensuring strict regulatory compliance (NIST/HIPAA) and legal defense-ability.

JAD-FT is a secure, high-performance, easily maintained JS Framework & its supporting C# middle-tier server code. JAD-FT is a proprietary, lightweight JavaScript architecture, designed to easily replace the ridiculous bloat, poor performance and seriously questionable data integrity results, that are typical of MVC type framework-based applications. JAD-FT focuses on direct DOM manipulation and optimized asynchronous data fetching to reduce latency and enhance security.

Database designer & developer on the team that built a Multi-Tenant Emergency Operations Management system at WAMC. Designed a ground-up, event-based, configurable database platform, to support the coordination the activies of the NC State National Guard, supporting U.S. military personnel, NC State Police and a broad statewide network of government and private medical facilities. The system enhances data sharing and communications during mass casualty events and other statewide emergencies.

Architect of the DNA 2000 Portal. It was the first-ever DNA LIMS Software to produce workflow lab sample chain of custody documents, that were determined to meet critical CMOS/CFR 21 Part 11 compliance requirements. Organizer of the original three-person, extreme-programming team on the project. Myself, a system's analyst, and two mathemiticians, all working primarily as computer programmers, saved the project for FTI, by producing a working prototype for the client ahead of the six-month deadline we'd been given to do so.
